Description FCE ( First Certificate in English): The First Certificate in English is a worldwide recognised language examination and has a long-life validity. The Cambridge Certificate is one of the most recog-nised language examinations worldwide. Its level of difficulty is comparable with the B2+ examination of the Council of Europe.
